Domestic Shipping (United States)

All domestic peptide orders within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground/Express, depending on order value and destination. Standard shipping (2-4 business days) is available for $9.95, while express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for $19.95. Free standard shipping is included on all orders over $300.

Cold-Chain Peptide Packaging

All temperature-sensitive peptides (including Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, BPC-157, growth hormone peptides, and most lyophilized products) are shipped in insulated packaging with gel ice packs. This maintains temperatures between 2-8°C during transit, ensuring your research peptides arrive with full biological activity preserved.

During summer months (June-September), we automatically upgrade packaging to include additional cold-chain materials at no extra cost. For overnight and express shipments, we use pharmaceutical-grade insulated containers that maintain temperature for up to 72 hours.

Order Processing & Tracking

All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2PM or on weekends are processed the next business day. • Unopened/sealed products: Full refund within 30 days of delivery
• Lost packages: Full replacement or refund after carrier investigation (typically 7-14 days)

Refund Methods

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Alternatively, you may choose store credit (with an additional 10% bonus value) for future research peptide purchases. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
